About Me.
I'm 28 yrs old and obsessed with all things cupcake! I love eating them, baking them, reading about them, and blogging about them. I live in Middleton St George with my partner Adam and we have 2 little cupcakes of our own, Megan Age 2 and Olly Age 4months. Olly didn't really have the best start to life as he spent his first few weeks in ICU in Newcastle's RVI. Read about him and my awful pregnancy here. My little Princess Megan is such a girly girl and loves helping me bake in the kitchen. She keeps us all amused with her cheekiness!

I own and run a cupcake company based in Middleton St George called CUPCAKEAHOLIC. I started this business in 2009 after my Megan was born as a way of spending more time at home. I have been baking cupcakes for my friends and family for many years, and started to experiment with colours, flavours and techniques. I haven't taken a single cake course everything is self taught, the wonders of youtube! I do all my baking from home even huge orders where i can enlist the help of my mum n mother in law.

Not a day goes by that I'm not on the internet looking at cupcakes, cakes, recipes and other fabulous things. So i decided to write about what i find. This blog will be my online diary of my business orders, research of new flavours, experimenting with new foods, my babies Megan & Olly and basically a place to vent.
